If you're a working professional looking to upskill yourself with an M.Tech degree, the User-Oriented M.Tech Programs offered by IIT Madras might be the perfect fit for you. This web-enabled program is designed to be flexible and allow you to complete the degree at your own pace. Following Senate guidelines and industry demands, IIT Madras has introduced Web Enabled M.Tech programs, enabling candidates to attend remotely during evenings at their workplaces. These programs prioritize student-teacher interaction during sessions and utilize efficient course management systems for post-class engagement..

The Web-Enabled M.Tech program

Candidates are required to undertake approved core courses along with elective courses, laboratory sessions, and projects aligned with the program's curriculum. The M.Tech program allows candidates to proceed at their preferred pace. Upon completion of each course, candidates will receive a certificate. Attainment of the required credits across various categories qualifies candidates for the M.Tech degree. The academic rigor and attendance criteria are the same as those of other M.Tech programs at the institute.
